No. GLP-1 medicines are prescription drugs. GLP5 GLT is a food supplement with chromium, zinc, plant extracts and amino acids. It contains no medicinal ingredient.
How many capsules do I take a day?
One capsule a day, swallowed whole with plenty of water, about 15 to 30 minutes before or during a main meal, ideally lunch or dinner. Do not exceed the daily serving.
What do chromium and zinc do in GLP5 GLT?
Both minerals have authorised claims: chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Zinc contributes to normal macronutrient, carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Does GLP5 GLT contain caffeine?
Guarana naturally contains caffeine. The label states 100 mg of guarana extract per capsule but no caffeine amount. If you are sensitive to caffeine, take it earlier in the day and count other sources such as coffee, tea or energy drinks.
Can I take it with medication or other supplements?
